The event tabs

Once you have created an event, the event workspace is organised into five tabs. Each tab groups related tools together.

Overview​

The default tab. Contains all the editable fields for your event:

  • Event name, summary, description
  • Date and time
  • Venue and address
  • Cover image, video, and photo gallery
  • Capacity, minimum age, guest list limit
  • No-refund policy setting

On desktop, a live preview of the public event page appears alongside the form so you can see changes in real time.

Sales​

Everything related to selling tickets:

  • Ticket Types & Pricing — create and manage ticket packages and their price tiers
  • Discount Codes — create promo codes with percentage or fixed-amount discounts
  • Orders — view and manage all orders for this event (search, refund, resend tickets)
  • Share Centre — get sharing links and track which channels bring the most sales

This tab shows an amber indicator when no ticket types have been added yet, and a green pulse when the event is ready to publish.

Operations​

Everything related to managing attendees and door operations:

  • Attendees — see who is coming, check-in status per person, guest list management
  • Door Staff Access — create temporary login links for door staff (only visible to Manager+)
  • Activity Timeline — a log of all changes made to this event (who changed what, and when)

Team​

Visible only when collaboration is active (your event has multiple owner organisations, pending invites, or event-level team members). Contains:

  • Collaboration — manage which organisations and people have access to this event
  • Joint Approval — when multiple owners exist, publish requests require approval from each owner

If you are the only owner and have not invited anyone, this tab does not appear.

Reports​

Analytics and financial data for the event:

  • Event Stats — charts showing sales over time, ticket breakdown, revenue
  • Settlement — post-event financial summary (gross revenue, Square fees, refunds, net revenue) with a distribution table for multi-owner events
  • Publish Status — a card showing whether the event is published, draft, pending approval, or ended, with the relevant action buttons
  • Advanced Settings — event status dropdown (Draft / Published / Pending Approval / Sales Closed), no-refund policy, fee policy override, sales window settings
